{"id":1136,"date":"2020-11-22T20:07:31","date_gmt":"2020-11-22T20:07:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sittaunam19.wordpress.com\/?p=1136"},"modified":"2020-11-22T20:07:31","modified_gmt":"2020-11-22T20:07:31","slug":"manual-de-conciliacion-laboral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sittaunam.org\/index.php\/2020\/11\/22\/manual-de-conciliacion-laboral\/","title":{"rendered":"Manual de Conciliaci\u00f3n Laboral"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A partir de la Reforma Laboral, el Sistema de Justicia Laboral considera como primera instancia la conciliaci\u00f3n prejudicial, como requisito obligatorio antes de acudir a la segunda instancia que es ante los Tribunales Laborales Especializados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;El actual Sistema de Justicia Laboral mexicano, responde a la reforma constitucional del 24 de febrero del 2017, as\u00ed como a los compromisos internacionales contenidos en el Anexo 23-A del Tratado entre M\u00e9xico, Estados Unidos y Canad\u00e1 (T-MEC) y a los diversos convenios en la materia ratificados por M\u00e9xico, en espec\u00edfico el 87 y 98 de la Organizaci\u00f3n Internacional del Trabajo, ya<br>que busca, por un lado, atender a las carencias y necesidades del sistema de impartici\u00f3n de justicia laboral pasado, a trav\u00e9s de la conciliaci\u00f3n prejudicial obligatoria y, por otro, sentar las bases de una verdadera transformaci\u00f3n del r\u00e9gimen sindical, enfocados en los derechos de libertad de asociaci\u00f3n,<br>democracia sindical, negociaci\u00f3n colectiva aut\u00e9ntica, transparencia, rendici\u00f3n de cuentas, inclusi\u00f3n y equidad de g\u00e9nero.&#8221;
