Su definici\u00f3n y su objeto se establecen en los siguientes art\u00edculos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>Art\u00edculo 1.\u00a0<\/strong>El Centro Federal de Conciliaci\u00f3n y Registro Laboral es un organismo p\u00fablico descentralizado\u00a0de la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica Federal, con personalidad jur\u00eddica y patrimonio propios, y con plena autonom\u00eda\u00a0t\u00e9cnica, operativa, presupuestaria, de decisi\u00f3n y de gesti\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Art\u00edculo 5.\u00a0<\/strong>El Centro tiene por objeto sustanciar el procedimiento de conciliaci\u00f3n que deber\u00e1n agotar los\u00a0trabajadores y patrones, en asuntos individuales y colectivos del orden federal, conforme lo establecido por los\u00a0p\u00e1rrafos segundo y tercero de la fracci\u00f3n XX del art\u00edculo 123, Apartado A, de la Constituci\u00f3n y art\u00edculos 684-A\u00a0a 684-E de la Ley Federal del Trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, ser\u00e1 competente para registrar, a nivel nacional, todos los contratos colectivos de trabajo,\u00a0contratos-ley, reglamentos interiores de trabajo, y las organizaciones sindicales, as\u00ed como todos los procesos\u00a0administrativos relacionados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para consultar dicha Ley Org\u00e1nica, revisa la siguiente liga:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-embed\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\nhttp:\/\/www.dof.gob.mx\/nota_detalle.php?codigo=5583502&#038;fecha=06\/01\/2020\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El d\u00eda de hoy (6 de enero de 2020) se public\u00f3 en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n el Decreto por el que se expide la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Centro Federal de Conciliaci\u00f3n y Registro Laboral.
